Permissions: Before submitting an abstract please ensure you have the necessary permissions from your line management and any companies/persons/project partners whose material you may be including or referring to in the presentation. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary permissions in place in advance.
Specifications: The abstract proposal should include a description of the proposed presentation, results/conclusions, and the technical category most applicable to your abstract from the list of sessions. Submissions should be technical in nature as 'commercial pitches' will not be selected. Please supply full details of author/presenter.
If Successful: Authors whose abstract proposals are accepted may be required to provide the abstract or an amended version for inclusion in the conference proceedings along with a PowerPoint presentation. Full details will be supplied to authors after the selection process is completed in September/October 2021.
Expenses: Authors are responsible for all costs incurred in the preparation and deliverance of their presentation, including travel, accommodation and onsite expenses. We will provide you with a free conference pass for the day(s) you are speaking.
