• Demonstrating your equipment live at Oceanology International 2018 will help you to:

  • Showcase your products in action to the largest international gathering of marine science and ocean technology professionals
  • Conduct live product demonstrations either on or below the water
  • Profile your products to an engaged audience from a vessel, the covered cabin or from dockside jetty
  • Maximise your presence at Oi 2018 by conducting face to face meetings and client discussions, either in private presentation areas or on vessels on the dockside
  • Attract new business prospects as well as welcome current clients on vessels on the waterside

  Dockside Demonstration: 3-day Demonstration £1,495+VAT*

  Package includes:

  • Dockside demonstration area located on the Royal Victoria Dock with easy access from the Oi 2018 exhibition halls
  • Opportunity for up to 20 VIP guests to view dockside demonstrations from the warmth and comfort of a weatherproof cabin housed on the dockside, overlooking the demonstrations including basic A/V facilities
  • Advanced promotion of the dockside demonstration and vessel programme sent to all registered Oi 2018 visitors in advance of the event
  • 300 character editorial description about each dockside/vessel demonstration in the official Oi 2018 Event Guide, website and mobile app
  • Inclusion into daily dockside demonstration programme. Each day consists of 6 x 45 minute time-slots, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

  Vessel Mooring Licence Fee: £995+ VAT

  Package includes:

  • Licence to bring vessel onsite to Royal Victoria Dock outside the ExCeL exhibition centre
  • Fresh water provision from ExCeL
  • Vessel to be moored at the Royal Victoria Dock for the duration of all three days of Oi 2018 to be used for multiple product demonstrations during the event
  • Advance promotion via email newsletters sent to all registered Oi 2018 visitors in advance of the event
  • 300 character editorial description about each vessel in the official Oi 2018 Event Guide, website and mobile app
  • Fee for removal of railing
  • Vessel mooring license fee does not include electricity (if required)
