Sweden's PA Resources has scored a new oil find offshore Equatorial Guinea. Stockholm-headquartered PA reports that the Carla South well drilled in block I offshore Equatorial Guinea operated by Noble Energy has encountered up to 12 metres (39 feet) of measured reservoir thickness and 10 metres (33 feet) of vertical thickness of net oil pay at the target level. After logging the well is to be sidetracked to a nearby target, PA said.
