Sea ice sheath in the Arctic withered to the lowest in this week record, predicting an iceless Arctic zone during the summer. In other words we can call it an “Arctic shrinkage”, reports Argyll Free Press. The sea ice is reduced fiercely in the last 50 years according to new research by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and University of Washington. The changes in reduction of snow sheet record claims the snow level is reduced by about a third in the Western Hemisphere and half near Alaska.
