Scots test water with South Korea

Scottish Development International has signed a partnership deal with South Korean Incheon Metropolitan City that will see an exchange of knowledge and ideas to help develop marine energy technologies. Finance secretary John Swinney (pictured) witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding which will increase trade links between the countries and help provide a new tidal energy market for companies in Scotland looking to export products and services overseas.
