The Institute for Coastal Research of the GKSS Research Centre is engaged in investigating the sensitivity of the coastal environment to global change. GKSS builds an automated network (“COSYNA”) together with other partners. The system consists of several stations, FerryBoxes, HF radar, remote sensing and numerical modelling. http://www.cosyna.de
