CleanSweep
Title
CleanSweep
Description
CleanSweep is a complete hydrographic data processing package, providing a suite of tools and capabilities that improve the user's ability to control and enhance their data. Designed to meet the dynamic needs of the marine surveying community, CleanSweep provides a fast, user-friendly environment for processing data from sidescan, multibeam and swath interferometric systems. A key characteristic that makes CleanSweep a unique processing platform is the departure from time consuming, line-based interactivity typically required for processing survey data. Features such as track-to-track inheritance of processing parameters, user-defined quality filters and automated calibration tools eliminate much of the time-consuming elements of data processing. At the same time, CleanSweep provides many advanced processing tools that not only preserve, but enhance the user's control of the data.

Title
Mind the Gap! Forward-Looking Sonar Fills in Missing Data from Nadir Holiday
Description
OIC has completed integration support for the BlueView forward looking sonar system within our GeoDAS-GD (generic digital) product line. This allows customers to either support the BlueView alone, with all the geo-coding, target marking and real-time mosaicking always offered in GeoDAS, or in concert with any traditional sidescan, to provide a nadir gap-filling capability. GeoDAS automatically determines the size of the sidescan nadir gap, and samples optimally from available forward look data to fill the gap. This translates to no more holidays, and no time wasted running extra survey lines.
